Welcome to Egn Webcraft’s blog. My name is Eugene Mulligan. Egn Webcraft is my business name. You can find out more about me over on my About page on this site.

My website explains what I do, how I do it and why I do it so I won’t labour the point here. In short I offer web development and search engine marketing services to small business to show them how they can get more out of their websites.

The purpose of this blog is simply to pass on tips, ideas and news in a format that will hopefully be easily digestible. Who’s it aimed at? Anyone who wants a more productive website.

I’ll be looking at:

How to make sure you keep visitors on your website and get your message across.
The implications of disability discrimination legislation and the spin-off benefits.
How you can add value to your website.
How you can get your website to rank higher on the search engine results pages.
Whether paid search advertising is right for your business and how to go about it.

As I am based in Somerset, I will also be on the lookout for any news and information that may be of interest to businesses in the South West.
